My Story
<!--endbody--> I am a mother of two. I have been married for 24 years during this time I was a full time homemaker while my children were growing up. When my children were young I babysat kids in my home so I could stay at home with them. After years of putting it off, I went back to school to get my high school diploma, I finally went back in 2007 and now I have my Grade 12 OSSD diploma. Almost 6 years ago we welcomed our first grandchild, a handsome baby boy that stole my heart the second I saw him. For the last 6 years I have been a stay at home Grandmother taking care of my grandson while my daughter finished her schooling and worked. I have two Husky's and 4 birds. On Feb 7 2015 we welcomed our second grandchild, a baby girl. She just had to come on our Scentsy Spring Sprint day. She is now referred to as the Scentsy Spring Sprint Baby ; ). This year we got kinship of a 18 month old boy. A friend was selling Scentsy so I thought I would give it a try, I became obsessed right away with their products. My friend asked me to host a party, we had the party and the week before my party I signed up to become a Scentsy Consultant myself. I will never go back to using candles after trying these products. I love how they are safe to use around children and animals,the wax will not burn your skin if spilled or splashed. And it will not harm the grandchildren or animals if they eat it. My grandson has become just as obsessed with Scentsy as I have. He has to smell every new scent that I get and is always taking and hiding my scent bars because he wants them. He now has his own favorite scent bars in his room as well as some testers. He helps me put together and deliver my orders. He wears his Scentsy Shirt with pride. My 2 year old granddaughter loves Scentsy just as much as her bother. Selling Scentsy is great, you can work a few hours a week and still have time to do your daily things as well. I had the most amazing support from other Consultants while learning the company's policies. July 20 -25 2015 I got the chance to go to the family reunion in Vegas where I learned a lot more about Scentsy. I had the most amazing time and met a lot of consultants from all over the world. I can't wait for next year's Family reunion which will be in Nashville.
